LI: Is to blog post about what we learned in the swimming session.
This week for swimming we had our lesson with Cameron and James we had to learn what to do if someone is drowning you have to grab an long object. You had to try get up them then through your object to the person your saving then you lay onto your back then you pull the person your saving then you keep pulling you had to pull them out. The first step was that we had to sit down onto the wall.Next you get a partner.Then we grabbed a noodle for our first skill.One person has to go into the water and the person that sitting down has to be on there stomach and put the noodle into the water. we had to put our arm straight and high and say help three times.
The next skill that we had to float but not on our backs or stomach we had to float by doing scaly. three people went into the water trying to float by doing scaly. We also learned not to get close to them or else they will hurt you. To be above the water you need to get into the sitting position, put your legs wide and then spin them, then scull with one hand and the other hand is waving.We were going to do a 100 m swim non stop but we didn't enough time but we might be doing it in a week or two.
