Activity 2: Exploring Our Roots
This is the second activity for the teaser week. This activity is a pepeha and tells us information about ourself. This activity was fun to do and I wrote about my mountain, my river/stream, where im from my family and my name. I really like talking in maori but not in public.

Good Afternoon Karlos,
ReplyDeleteI am Samuel, a Year 7 student attending Sacred Heart College. I am part of a trial period in which they are trying out students to be bloggers, which means it is my first experience with this sort of position. However, I did complete the Summer Learning Journey as a student in previous years.
First and foremost, it is lovely to hear and read about your heritage. I loved reading a little bit about yourself in the native language of the Maori Tangata Whenua. The presentation was amazing and I see no faults. What a work of art! Maybe I should look into my own mihi. Great work, Karlos.
Kind Regards,
Samuel
